Pretty Tilda for Friday Sketchers 62 Challenge

Hello again,
I have made this pretty little Tilda card for a friend to give to her friend as a belated birthday card. Her friend is also going thru some tuff times and she ask me to put this Bible verse inside. I typed the Bible verse on the computer and printed it out same with the happy belated birthday. Since I needed to make this card I decided to follow Jacque's sketch over at Friday Sketches Challenge 62. Here is the link and the prize for this week is from Shimmerz 5 pots of some great colors!

I used Graphic 45 paper from the Baby & Bride Collection Love me tender. The color is not showing up very good on my computer but it is a soft peach and green.
I would love to hear what you think of her so if you have time please leave a comment.
Thank you so much to all the kind women that belong to this awesome group
Hugs,

Burr It's Cold Outside!

Hi Everyone,

Tilda looks really cold doesn't she? This was just a fun quick card. I followed the Friday Sketchers 60 challenge sketch but did not get it finished in time to enter the challenge. I used some white glitter paper and night of navy Stampin Up card stock that I embossed with my cuttle bug. I colored Tilda with my Copic markers.

You can get this cute Tilda from Diana at the Magnolia-licious web site here

If you have time let me know what you think of her. I would also like to thank all of you that do take the time to leave a comment. This group is really awesome!

Hugs,

Nancy

Tilda Card For 2 Challenges

I added some shadow around Tilda and at her feet to help her stand out in the picture above.

Wow it has been a long time since I have posted a card. It seems like summer is flying by and all I get done is mow the yard and go to work. It has been so very hot here. But any way I hope you like this card.

I am going to enter it in the July Magnolia-licious Highlites Challege where the sketch to follow this month was created by the fabulous Jacque!

I also am going to enter this in the Copic Creations Challenge #7 Brunette Hair the sponsor for this challenge is Diana Crick and the prize is one of Diana Scor-Pals. These are a must have in my opinion!

The Tilda that I used on this card I order straight from Sweden. I did not find her at Diana's web site and I just had to have her. I do order almost all of my Tilda stamps from Diana at the Magnolia-licious web site. Diana has by far the best selection of Tilda's. She also offers us a great discount for being a member of the yahoo group and very reasonable shipping. Check out her store here it is awesome and become a member of the Magnolia-licious yahoo group!

The card stock I used was from K & Companyclassic K Margo and Stampin Up night of navy.

I also used my new Borderabilities Lattice Border that I won from the Spellbinders new release blog hop.

If you have time to leave a comment that would be super. Your comments mean a lot and I would like to thank all of the kind people who have left me such encouraging comments in the past!

Hugs to all,

Nancy

Hello again,

I have finished a birthday card for my friend just in time to enter the Friday Skethers Challenge #58 here is the link to there web site. They have a $50 shopping voucher for the prize this week from Simon Says Stamp if you would like to play also but hurry.

I used Basic Grey - euphoria and K& Company card stock. My Tilda is from the pink collection and you can purchase her from Magnolia-licious here. I have included a picture of the Copic markers that I used. I cut the cake that Tilda is sitting on with my Cricut cartridge Celebrations.

I made this card for my friend at work she has a birthday this month and I hope she will like this for her birthday card.
I added a couple more pictures to show you the envelope and this cute little box that I made to put some candies in for a small gift. If you would like to make this box you can find the directions here at Pretty Pressings blog by Claudia Rosa she is a amazingly talented paper crafter! Also another amazing paper crafter is Becca Feeken if you would like to make the flower on top of the box you can find the directions here at Becca's blog Amazing Paper Grace.

If you have time please leave me a comment and let me know what you think of it. I would love to know your thoughts.

Thanks so much and I hope you all have a happy and safe holiday!
